3月10日，卢旺达电视台对国内各个行业进行采访，调查了解新冠病毒的全球蔓延对卢旺达经济的影响。城外国际作为当地房地产开发商的代表接受了电视台的采访，发表了我们对本次疫情的看法。受疫情影响，我司部分中国工人延迟复工，但我司已在周边国家调动中国工人前来，加入建设施工工作，以保证建设中的公寓与别墅项目顺利进行。

随后，电视台对绿洲之园项目进行了一系列的访问。销售经理介绍，绿洲之园由城外国际集团开发建设，涵盖多种功能：优质住宅、精英社群、文化创意、体育运动、商业销售等。这些功能的叠加将给基加利市民带来高品质生活场景和新经济消费场景。电视台对该项目予以高度的赞誉与肯定。在不久的将来，绿洲之园将凭其优越的地理位置，先进的项目规划，成为基加利市中心的一幢新城市地标，我们瞩目以待！
